My overall experience was good. I'm thankful that I stayed for the 5 days I was there. The staff was amazing; kind, helpful and mostly upbeat. I heard a few people say the programs needed to be more directed towards addiction, just thought I'd throw that out there. Thank you once again..
I had a great experience. Everyone was so helpful. I would recommend Highland Springs to everyone.
What can I say. The WORST mental health facility I have ever seen. The "doctors" that saw my friend are QUACKS !!!. I took her there TWICE with addiction, detox and suicidal thoughts. I BEGGED them to hold her until she was past the worst of it. NOPE !!! they let her go AMA TWICE. Don't worry that when she came in the second time she was puking and crying and hearing things. She is now in the HOSPITAL after a suicide attempt after getting severely hurt by a scumbag the day you aholes let her go. NEVER go there and the state should immediately pull ALL its funding.
Staff is excellent. But don't go back or you'll be called a frequent flyer. This is what the female doctor called this patient. The day after discharge she overdosed.
Wonderful facility and staff! Helped my family member immensely to be here. Highly recommend!
